He worked as a warehouse and chief medical officer ((ドイツ語:Lager- und Standortarzt)) in several Nazi concentration camps. ==Biography== Oskar Dienstbach, a medical doctor, joined the NSDAP (Nazi Party) in May 1933 (member Nr. 2,400,092) and in mid-June 1933, the SS (SS-Nr. 101,741). After the outbreak of the Second World War, Dienstbach was from November 1939 to April 1940 a member of the ''Wehrmacht'' and then transferred to the Waffen-SS.〔Aleksander Lasik: ''Die Organisationsstruktur des KL Auschwitz'', in: Aleksander Lasik, Franciszek Piper, Piotr Setkiewicz, Irena Strzelecka: ''Auschwitz 1940-1945.
